Yes, I'm glad that I finally found a job and as scheduled; should have started yesterday.

However, some unbelievable things had happened and most probably out of my stupidity; 'For trusting that the company will get the work permit for me.' which is as what I've been told by the interviewer.

Just after an hour into the briefing on my first day of duty, 'Mr. P' only came to realized that I'm not a Sarawakian and give me a stupid facial impression before saying: 'Well, I'm sorry to tell you that you are illegal to work in this company without a work permit so the contract that we signed = "VOID" '

Right after the words came out of his mouth, all the others looked at me as if I'm just another "Illegal Immigrant". That definately sux.

The thing that pissed me off the most was his last few words to me, 'We'll contact u after we find out the procedures from the immigration.'
